Delivery

1. What you receive and when

1. PDF gift card — sent by email immediately after payment is received (1–5 minutes for bank link/card; on the next business day after a bank-transfer payment is received).
2. Website — ready within 5 business days after the brief is submitted (not after purchase).
3. Domain and hosting — registered in the recipient's name and activated automatically; both included for 1 year.

2. Maximum delivery times

• PDF gift card: 5 minutes after bank-link/card payment; 1 business day after a bank transfer is received.
• First website draft: 5 business days after the recipient's brief is submitted (with all required information, including logo).
• Website publication: 7–10 business days (depending on customer feedback during the 2 revision rounds).
• During high-demand periods (Mother's Day, Christmas) the time may extend — we will notify the Customer immediately.

3. Delivery costs

All costs are included in the €99 package. There are no additional fees.

Includes:

• PDF gift card delivery by email — free
• Website development and publication — included in the base price
• Domain registration for 1 year — included in the base price
• Web hosting for 1 year — included in the base price
• SSL certificate (HTTPS) — automatic, included in the base price

4. How the brief works

1. After payment, the buyer receives the PDF gift card with a code and a management link.
2. The buyer forwards the gift card to the recipient (printed, emailed, or shown on screen).
3. The recipient visits giftaweb.com/en/redeem, enters the code, and fills out the form (~15 minutes).
4. The 5-day clock starts the moment the form is submitted.

Note: if the recipient does not redeem the gift card, it remains valid for 1 year. After 6 months we send them an automatic reminder.

5. Issues with delivery?

If:

• The PDF gift card does not arrive within 10 minutes of a bank-link/card payment
• The first website draft does not arrive within 5 business days of brief submission
• The domain remains unregistered
