Digital product nature
Giftaweb is a digital gift card delivered by email immediately upon payment confirmation. Under VÕS § 53⁸ section 2 point 3, the buyer waives the 14-day withdrawal right at the moment of digital content delivery.
Detailed regulation
If the submitted content cannot be published and no replacement is provided, we refund 80% of the amount paid; 20% covers the costs of starting the service. Detailed refund terms are stipulated in our terms of sale §6.3.
